Buy With Confidence was introduced by the Trading Standards Office so that consumers would have the reassurance that the businesses that they were dealing with had passed stringent tests to make sure the services and care they offered were of an extremely high standard.

They are a government body and not a commercial organisation unlike the other trade recommendation sites you will see.

Before being accepted as a member the business has to demonstrate a high level of commitment to operate in a fair and honest way and has been audited by Trading Standards personnel, including a Criminal Records Bureau check. Part of the audit process was a random selection of our customers to make sure that we deal with them in a right and proper manner. We were not told who was contacted, but I am proud to tell you that we had an absolutely 100% positive response.
